This notice explains what information Teal Apex Real Estate collects through this website and by phone, how we use it, and the choices available to you. We collect only what we need to prepare an offer on your property and to stay in touch with you about it.
Information we collect
When you request an offer, we collect the details you provide: the property address, your situation, the condition of the house, your preferred timeline, your name, phone number, email address, the best time to reach you, and any notes you add. Our hosting provider also records standard technical information, such as your browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working properly.
How we use it
- To review your property, contact you, and prepare and explain a written cash offer.
- To coordinate a purchase with the closing attorney and, where applicable, a partner buyer, which we always disclose to you in advance.
- To meet legal, tax, and record keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Calls and text messages
If you check the consent box on our form, we may contact you by call or text message about your property, including by automated means. Consent is never a condition of any sale or offer. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or ask us by phone or email to stop contacting you, and we will honor that request promptly. We do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.
How we protect it
Your information travels over an encrypted connection and is shared only with the service providers that help us operate, such as our email provider and the closing attorney handling your sale, each of whom is expected to protect it.
Your choices
